Pode compartilhar seu nome com cerca de 38 vilas e cidades em todo o mundo, mas Paris, a Cidade da Luz, a capital não apenas da França, mas também das artes, cultura, romance e moda, é bem e verdadeiramente única!

Dividida em duas pelo Sena, Paris tem sua margem esquerda e sua margem direita.

O rio é cercado por 37 pontes, a mais antiga delas ironicamente chamada Pont Neuf (Nova Ponte).

Estrondando sob suas ruas, está o metrô, que foi inaugurado em 1900 para a Exposição Universal e cobre uma rede de 220 km, servindo 302 estações.

Seus 1.903 pontos turísticos incluem o mais famoso, a Torre Eiffel! Desde 2015, hospeda "La Verticale", a corrida de escadas mais incomum do mundo.

O recorde para o evento atualmente é de 665 degraus subiu em 7 minutos e 53 segundos.

It may share its name with some 38 towns and cities throughout the world, but Paris, the City of Light, the capital not only of France but also the arts, culture, romance and fashion, is well and truly unique!

Split in two by the Seine, Paris has its Left Bank and its Right Bank.

The river is straddled by 37 bridges, the oldest of which is ironically named Pont Neuf (New Bridge).

Rumbling beneath its streets is the metro, which was opened in 1900 for the Universal Exhibition and covers a network of 220 km, serving 302 stations.

Its 1,903 sights include the most famous, the Eiffel Tower! Since 2015, it has hosted “La Verticale”, the most unusual stair race in the world.
